Hello! My husband and I are just about to break ground on a Bateman in Buffalo! Thanks for the pictures of your progress! Any chance you have pictures of the bonus room or the garage entry?
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your upcoming build ... I don't think I have any pictures of the entry way (we chose not to have Ryan Homes build out the "family arrival center" so that we could customize it later. My husband is visiting our homesite once a week and I'll ask him to snap a picture of the entryway. We were allowed to upgrade to a 5th bedroom (with a walkin closet and bathroom) before Ryan Homes eliminated that option, so our layout will be a bit different than the "bonus room." I'll try to find some pictures and include them.
DeleteThanks so much. Your home looks wonderful! We also chose the plan without ever seeing a model. My husband has been able to walk through the one in Victor and I am hoping to do the same. We also left out the "arrival center" and opted for just the bonus room (the bedroom was an option when we made selections but we didn't have need of it as a room). I love seeing your pictures :). Looks like you are pretty close to completion! How exciting! Hope you get to enjoy it soon!
ReplyDeleteWe are currently living in Pittsford (right next to Victor) and I think I've driven through every Ryan Homes community in Victor and can't seem to find the Bateman ... my husband says that God is trying to teach me patience ;)
ReplyDeleteI heard the bateman model is opening on June 2nd. I believe it is on Plaster Mill Road. Cant wait to go see it. I just looked at your newest picture and your home looks fantastic! When are you scheduled to close?
ReplyDeleteWe are scheduled to close on June 3rd, but the kids and I won't be able to head to Ohio until school gets out here. We're definitely in "countdown" mode!
