Thanks so much! There is one Bateman model currently being built in Ohio, but no news on when it will be completed. It was a leap of faith to choose a model we couldn't see in person, but it just seemed to be the perfect layout for us.
They're building one in Victor, NY as well. It is a reverse cottage elevation. We drove by it a couple weeks ago for some perspective on size, but couldn't really get close or go inside. They're likely a bit more than a month out from completion on that one. I'm sure we'll stop out once it is ready and take a look.
I completely agree. The floorplan is fantastic. There are a few minor tweaks we may make down the road and we're going to finish the basement on our own, but it's great!
What is the square footage of your house with the layout you picked?
We are actually currently living in Pittsford, NY so we'll need to make a drove over to Victor to check it out. My husband accepted a position in Columbus and we are making the move at the end of the school year.
We haven't calculated the additional square footage of the options, but I'm guessing we'll hit an extra 1000 feet between the 5th bedroom and the finished basement.
That model is at TUSCANY HILLS. 6496 Plastermill Rd., Victor, NY. It is only two or three minutes off of the Thruway at exit 44. It isn't finished yet, but out DR is supposed to let us know when we can go walk through it.
These pictures are great! This is the identical elevation to what we're building. Bateman A in reverse build.
