Does your home have natural gas service? Did it come in on the garage side? After our pre-con meeting we aren't exactly excited for the initial plan on the gas line placement.
I checked with my husband this morning and this was his reply ... "We have gas. It comes in under the garage into the basement unfinished area. The meter is with the electric meter by the road." Hope that is helpful. The builders began drywall on Friday, and they are anticipating our closing taking place at the end of May!
